The managing members of Florida Heritage Communities, LLC are Dennis P. Frechette and Michael Del Duca. Together they possess a combined sixty plus years of experience in the construction and real estate development industries. Dennis holds a Florida Real Estate Broker's license as well as a State General Contractor's license. He has been involved in the Southwest Florida construction and real estate development market since 1971.

Florida Heritage Communities has developed a wide range of residential and commercial developments up and down the Southwest Florida Gulf Shore and currently has offerings in Naples, Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte.
